  • Our knowledge, expertise, and passion. We take the lead to keep your trip on track as far as important dates and correct information/updates. Travel is ever-changing, and we are trained to stay in the know with accurate details. Long story short, we save you a TON of time and headache!

  • We offer customized vacations tailored to your family’s interests and budget. We will assist in picking out the dates and package that will work best for you, handle dining reservations, day-to-day planning, and Genie+ assistance. We serve as the point of contact for and questions that may arise, which saves you time and ensures you receive up to date and accurate information. We have money saving tips, personal experiences to recommend, and provide virtual travel folders as a guide to help assist during travel. We are flexible and understand some enjoy planning out details like this, so we are happy to be as hands on or hands off as you’d like!

  • Of course! However due to our extensive knowledge and expertise, we will implement a planning fee for trips not booked with our agency. As much as we LOVE discussing travel, this is a professional field where we will require compensation for our assistance in this scenario.

  • Yes, we have access to promotions, but travel agents do not get special pricing. What is more important, cost or value? Travel agents ARE the deal! 😊

  • Nope! We keep up to date by paying to visit the theme parks on our own to get hands-on experience through the ever changing theme parks. Experience is a must with this industry, we see through both an agent and traveler lens this way!
